Filming or photography activities are not automatically permitted and may require prior administrative review depending on their nature and impact.

Do You Need Permission?

Permission may be required if filming or photography activities involve:

• use of equipment beyond handheld devices

• tripods, lighting, dollies, or rigs

• crew members, performers, or coordinated actions

• temporary setups, props, or spatial occupation

• any activity that may affect public movement, safety, or shared use

Casual personal photography or incidental filming that does not disrupt public use generally does not require prior approval.

When in doubt, visitors are advised to consult the administration in advance.

Filming vs. Venue Rental

Filming activities and venue rental are reviewed under different administrative frameworks.

• Filming & Photography
  Applies to image capture activities conducted within public or designated areas, subject to review.

• Venue Rental
  Applies to the formal use of indoor or outdoor venues for events, exhibitions, or organized programs.

Approval for filming does not imply approval for venue use.
Approval for venue use does not automatically include filming rights.

Each application is reviewed separately based on its purpose, scope, and potential impact.

Application Workflow

Filming and photography applications follow a review-based process.

1. Preliminary Assessment
   Applicants should first assess whether their activity may require permission based on scale, equipment, and impact.

2. Submission of Application
   Required forms and supporting documents must be submitted in advance for review.

   Approval, conditional approval, or non-approval will be communicated following review.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
