Venue portfolio overview

EXPO Dome 爭艷館 Indoor

Primary indoor exhibition and event venue.

Typical use cases

  • Trade shows and exhibitions

Key constraints

  • Best suited to events that require controlled indoor environments and audience management
  • Layouts and technical needs are coordinated during the application process

Coordination is provided within TEF’s authorized scope and subject to venue availability and operational feasibility.

EXPO Dome Plaza 爭艷廣場 Outdoor plaza

Outdoor extension of EXPO Dome (non-independent use).

Important: EXPO Dome Plaza is not operated as an independent venue. It is available exclusively for organizers hosting events inside EXPO Dome.

  • Outdoor exhibition extensions and installations
  • Audience circulation and event-related activations
  • Programs directly aligned with exhibitions inside EXPO Dome

Key constraints

  • Use is limited to activities directly associated with an EXPO Dome event
  • Planning focuses on visitor flow, on-site engagement, and operational coordination

EcoARK 流行館 Multi-level indoor

Vertically organized indoor venue for conferences and exhibitions.

Typical use cases

  • Conferences, forums, and summits
  • Exhibitions with modular layouts
  • Talks, presentations, and industry gatherings

Key constraints

  • Suitable for segmented or tiered programming
  • Rental configurations are coordinated based on event scale and operational requirements

Flexible rental configurations

  • Ground floor only, or
  • Multiple levels together (including Levels 1–2–3 as a combined space)

Yuanshan Plaza 圓山廣場 Outdoor

A collection of distinct outdoor plazas with independent rental options.

Typical use cases

  • Cultural and civic programs
  • Festivals, markets, and themed exhibitions
  • Large-scale outdoor gatherings and community events

Key constraints

  • Plazas may be rented independently, subject to availability and event requirements
  • Multiple plazas may be combined depending on scale and operational planning

Operational capabilities and coordination scope

Across TEF-managed venues, coordination commonly includes:

Venue-specific technical specifications, layouts, and operational details are addressed during the application and coordination process.

Scope and limitations

Within TEF scope

TEF manages venue rental and site coordination only for the venues listed on this page.

Coordination focuses on designated venues and associated public space use as part of event operations, within authorized scope.

Outside TEF scope

Requests involving the following require separate coordination with responsible organizations:

  • Facilities managed by other authorities within or near Taipei Expo Park
  • Cultural institutions, museums, or community facilities not listed above
  • Off-site locations

Operator-managed destinations (long-term lease)

Some destinations within the park district may be operated under long-term leases or managed by designated operators. These are not included in TEF’s venue rental portfolio and should not be treated as bookable venues through this section.

Planning guidance for international organizers

International MICE organizers are encouraged to:

  • Select venues based on event format, scale, and audience profile
  • Consider indoor–outdoor combinations where applicable
  • Initiate early communication to assess feasibility and scheduling
