A planning-first overview of how proposals are typically reviewed and scheduled for venue rental and designated site use coordination at Taipei Expo Park within TEF’s authorized scope.
Who this is for: international organizers, PCOs / PEOs, exhibition and event companies, and corporate or association stakeholders preparing venue proposals.
Taipei Expo Foundation (TEF) manages venue rental and site use coordination within designated venues at Taipei Expo Park. The process is designed to support coordination across venues, schedules, and public space use, while aligning with local administrative and regulatory requirements. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
TEF accepts applications only for the following venues within Taipei Expo Park:
Applications for other facilities or sites are handled by their respective authorities and are not processed by TEF.
Venue rental applications are accepted twice per year, based on the proposed period of use:
Applications for events scheduled January–June of the following year.
Applications for events scheduled July–December of the following year.
Applications spanning two application periods should be submitted based on the start date of venue use. Examples:
For available dates outside the main application windows, applicants may consult the Availability Schedule. In such cases, complete written application materials must be submitted at least 20 working days prior to the event date.
Taipei Expo Park prioritizes diverse MICE and industry innovation–related activities. As a general planning principle, the total duration of a single event application should not exceed three months.
