Coordination with Taipei Expo Foundation (TEF) is generally required when filming or photography activities:

• Are conducted for commercial, promotional, or professional use
• Involve crew members, equipment, props, or installations
• May affect public access, circulation, or safety
• Take place during events, exhibitions, or scheduled programs

Casual personal photography by visitors does not require prior approval.

Review and coordination considerations

Applications are reviewed to assess:

• Compatibility with public use of the space
• Safety and site protection considerations
• Timing in relation to events or peak visitor periods
• Required coordination with venue operators or event organizers

The review process is intended to support smooth coordination in a shared public environment, rather than to limit creative work.

Responsibilities during filming

Approved projects are expected to:

• Follow agreed schedules and approved locations
• Maintain safe and clear access for visitors
• Avoid damage to facilities, landscaping, or cultural features
• Restore the site to its original condition after filming
