I. This Standard is stipulated in accordance with Article 10 of Charges and Fees Act and Article 6 of Regulations on Venue Management of all institution under Taipei City Government.
II. Taipei Expo Foundation (herein as the Foundation) shall be responsible to enforce the terms of this Standard.
III.The venues of Taipei Expo Park (herein as Venues) specified in this standard include the EXPO Dome and the Yuanshan Plaza in the
Yuanshan Park Area, EXPO Hall in Fine Arts Park Area, and other exhibition halls designated by the Foundation.
IV.The standard charges of each venue are specified in the attached table.
V.Concessions can be permitted in one of the following situations:
Venue fee may be deducted up to thirty percent (30%) for events held by schools and institutions under other levels of Government.
VI.All revenue from the Venues shall be paid to the city treasury in accordance with legal procedures.

Venue rental fee regulations for the Taipei Expo Park
I. The Taipei Expo Foundation has stipulated the regulations based on the 6th point of the “Taipei Expo Park Venue Rental Regulations”.
II. The regulation is managed by the Taipei Expo Foundation (the Foundation).
III. The applicant must pay the venue rental fee, deposit and other related fees in accordance with the following regulations.Those that fail to make payment within the deadline will be prohibited from using the venue.
(I) Performance bond:
1.The applicant should pay performance bond stipulated by the “Taipei Expo Park Venue Rental Fee Table”.
2.The deadline for performance bond payment is 14 days after the approval notification is given by the foundation.
3.The performance bond paid by the applicant will be returned without interest after the contract has expired, the applicant has paid all venue rental fees and other expenses, as well as fulfilled all the obligations of the contract, and after the foundation has made all the necessary inspections.
(II)Venue rental fee:
1. First payment: (excluding the performance bond): The applicant must pay 30% of the venue rental fee within 14 days of receiving the foundation’s letter of approval.
2. Second payment:
(1) Expo Dome: 70% of the venue rental fee must be paid 45 days prior to using the venue.
(2) Expo Hall, Yuanshan Plaza and other foundation-designated exhibition venues: 70% of the venue rental fee must be paid 15 days prior to using the venue.
IV. If the applicant fails to pay the performance bond and venue rental fee, the foundation reserves the right to cancel the reservation and will not be responsible for any damage incurred. Furthermore, the applicant will be blacklisted, and the record will be submitted to the review committee for reference when the applicant applies for venue rental in the future.
V. If the applicant continues to use the venue after the deadline, fails to comply with the exhibition theme or makes use of air-conditioning during equipment setup/disassembly, the foundation will calculate the fine and air-conditioner usage fee in accordance with the “Taipei Expo Park Venue Rental Fee Table”. Moreover, the fine will be deducted from the performance bond before the remainder is returned to the applicant without interest. If the performance bond is insufficient to cover the fine, a letter of notification will be sent requesting the applicant to make the necessary payment.
