Site Survey Application
Please contact 02-2182-8886 ext. 7654 for the site survey application form and submit the application 3 working days before the scheduled day of visit. No applications will be accepted beyond this date. To maintain the quality of site surveys, applications will have priority according to:
- First priority: The applicants who have filed a scheduling application.
- Next in line: Legally registered company or group applicants which have submitted an outline of the event proposal.
- Others.
How to Submit Scheduling Applications
Please contact 02-2182-8886 ext. 7654 for the site survey application form and submit the application 3 working days before the scheduled day of visit. No applications will be accepted beyond this date. To maintain the quality of site surveys, applications will have priority according to:
- Submit official letters to: the Taipei Expo Foundation (No.1, Yumen St., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City 104)
Note: In order to speed up the handling process, please specify the venue rental in the subject, including words such as the EXPO Dome, Expo Hall, Yuanshan Plaza. The date of receipt is the application filing date. Please be aware of the application deadline for each period (refer to Article 3, Terms and Conditions for Hire of Taipei Expo Park).
- Please refer to Article 5, Terms and Conditions for the Hire of Taipei Expo Park for the required documents of scheduling application. If information or documents are incomplete, your application will not be processed.
